Saw some migratory birds

Traveled to Cape May with family and joined the Cape May Fall Birding Festival for a day. Sadly, for me, I developed hamstring tendinitis and was unable to walk for an extended period of time. Happily, I was able to see an American kestrel. It is the smallest and most colorful falcon in North America. And thankfully, I was able to capture a yellow rumped warbler jumping from branch to branch of a juniper tree with a berry in the bill. The word "warble" comes from werbler, an Old French word meaning "to sing with trills and quavers." To hear its song is wonderful. The great, Maya Angelou once said,"A bird doesnt sing because it has an answer, it sings because it has a song."
